The residence consists of 3 apartments, 2 of which are located in the main villa and 1 in the house in front of the villa, located just a few kilometres from the historic centre of Volterra.
The residence is situated in the open countryside, offering singular views of the surrounding hills and woodlands that characterise the age-old Tuscan landscape.
